Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, a journal and pen, and an open mind. We will provide meditation cushions, blankets, and all other materials.
Not at all! This workshop is designed for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our facilitators will guide you every step of the way.
Light healthy snacks and herbal teas will be provided throughout each day. Lunch breaks are scheduled, and we are happy to recommend nearby healthy dining options.
Yes! All sessions will be recorded and made available to participants for 30 days after the workshop ends, so you can revisit any practice or lesson.
Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the start date. Partial refunds (50%) are available up to 7 days before. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued within 7 days of the workshop.
For the best experience, we recommend attending all three days as each day builds upon the previous. However, please contact us if you have scheduling constraints and we will do our best to accommodate.
